  • Private Monitoring: You (and only you) are able to watch/see who has ordered or downloaded plans for the bid. You are also able to determine as to what exactly each individual has downloaded, viewed, or ordered. This feature can help with bidding discrepancies.
  • File Naming and Indexing: As opposed to a bunch of random files with generic names (or none at all), often forcing you to spend valuable time downloading and sifting through an entire set of plans, we at County Reproductions ‘breakdown’ any binder-type PDF’s and name all drawings and specification sections accordingly. They are then sequenced in the order of the cover sheet and Table Of Contents...regardless of how the PDF(s) are originally named and sent in. As well, all updated drawings will be labeled as such, preceding their new date.
  • Customized Management: We will setup and help mange your bid job for you in any manner you see fit. For instance, some companies insist that their bidders order the entire job, no ifs ands or buts; therefore, making any other option impossible. Others prefer that the job is broken down by trade so the bidder is not inundated with drawings and specs they may not need. As well as being more cost efficient, this method reduces the amount of download time and makes for easier hard copy ordering and viewing.
  • Orderly and Efficient Updating System: Bulletins and Addendums are a cinch. Simply send us the updated drawings and/or spec sections, and we will not only incorporate them into the original set, but also make a separate section with just the updated drawings available so when your bidders are notified, they only have to click once or twice to get the drawings they need. And if a new bidder should order a set in the future, it is already updated without you having to fuss over anything. County Reproductions will let anyone who has ordered, download, or even ‘viewed’ the project on the planroom, know of any available updates as soon as they are ready. You do not have to do any of that work yourself.
